This winning design competition entry involved a comprehensive masterplan on the 10 acre parcel .The design included 500 1,2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments around a curved courtyard, an elementary school and the centerpiece : a 5000 capacity auditorium with office space. The design concept was based on a cloud which was the physical representation of the spirit of the Lord to the Israelites
