Introducing ALMA, a project that showcases a comprehensive mixed-use development consisting of almost 500 units of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. Despite its high density, the project allows for natural light in every unit, features unique elevated gardens free from vehicular access, a stunning double pool with waterfall, and a commercial center with a statement elliptical clubhouse. phase 1-3 was completed with the last phase remains incomplete .
